VPC’s 2nd Annual Biblical Worldview Conference on
Holy Sexuality with Dr. Christopher & Angela Yuan
Saturday, February 21st, 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Doors open at 8:00)
Sunday, February 22nd, 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. in Worship
As parents, we have a God-given responsibility to guide, disciple, and educate our children in the truth of God’s Word. This includes what Scripture teaches about marriage, sexuality, and identity. As grandparents and parents, we play a vital and supportive role in this sacred calling.
Yet many of us are asking honest and difficult questions:
How do we faithfully pass on a biblical understanding of sexuality in a world filled with competing and confusing messages?
How do we remain rooted in Scripture while also loving our children, grandchildren, family members, friends, and neighbors with compassion, grace, and humility especially when their views or life experiences differ from our own?
Dr. Yuan’s story and teaching are marked by deep biblical conviction, intellectual clarity, humility, and Christ-centered compassion. Together, Christopher and Angela bring a unique perspective addressing questions of sexual identity, discipleship, and gospel faithfulness not only theologically, but pastorally and personally.
This conference is designed to equip believers of all ages to:
Understand what Scripture teaches about sexuality and identity
Respond thoughtfully to common cultural questions
Love others well without compromising biblical truth
Engage difficult conversations with grace, wisdom, and confidence in Christ

About Our Speaker
Dr. Christopher Yuan is an internationally recognized speaker, author, and trusted voice on biblical sexuality. His award-winning book, Holy Sexuality and the Gospel, was named 2020 Resource of the Year for Social Issues byOutreach Magazine. In it, Dr. Yuan offers a powerful and deeply gospel-centered message: our identity is not found in our sexuality but in Christ alone. He calls Christians to embrace holy sexuality—chastity in singleness and faithfulness in marriage—a vision that challenges cultural narratives and points to lasting truth rooted in Scripture.
A Moody Bible Institute graduate (2005), Dr. Yuan earned a Master’s in Biblical Exegesis (2007) and a Doctor of Ministry (2014). He taught at Moody for over a decade, and his ministry now spans five continents.
He also created The Holy Sexuality Project, a groundbreaking video series helping parents and grandparents disciple teens on biblical sexuality.
Behind this ministry stands the quiet strength of his mother, Angela Yuan, who has walked through unimaginable pain. From a broken but redeemed marriage to years of tearful prayers for her prodigal sons, she clung to the promises of God. Through it all, the Lord poured out grace—teaching her to believethat He can change what seems unchangeable, and leading her into daily renewal and unwavering hopein Christ
