Joy to the World
Wednesday, December 24th
Scripture: “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.” — Luke 2:10
Reflection:
The angels’ announcement to the shepherds reminds us that Christmas is a season of joy. This joy is not fleeting or dependent on circumstances—it is rooted in the good news that Christ has come. Joy transforms hearts, lifts spirits, and spreads to all who encounter it. As we prepare for Christmas Day, we can choose to dwell in this joy, letting it permeate our thoughts, conversations, and celebrations. True joy arises from the realization that God Himself has entered our world to save, redeem, and bless.
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, fill my heart with the joy of Your coming. Let Your good news inspires my worship and my love for others today. Amen.
